We are on a mission to create awesome experiences and that starts with our pizza.

Our sourdough goes through a three day ferment before it finds its way into our traditional Västerbotten style ‘bagastuga’. Our toppings follow no rules other than tasting awesome. Everything is made by hand, and sourced locally wherever possible. It’s pizza, just not as you know it. Below is this year’s summer menu for 2022.

Our speciality is our wood-fired sourdough pizzas and, alongside this, we offer brunch on the weekends which you can eat here at Root or take home. We also offer the above seasonal dishes to compliment our pizza menu and, during the autumn, these are a ‘Root Bowl’ – a warm salad with lots of interesting flavours – and a stew. Both of these change regularly.
